Yoga and Brews

Like Yoga? Love beer? Then this event is for you!

Join us to stretch out your weekend at Apex! An all-levels yoga class will be led by Nancy Mesic, a 200-hour certified instructor, at 11AM. Then stick around for a few brews! The cost is $15, which includes the yoga class and your first beer. No yoga experience necessary, but bring a mat and a lightweight blanket if desired.
